2 eggplants
2 courgettes
250 g of tomato paste
2-3 peppers (green)
2-3 potatoes
2 carrots

1 clove garlic
pepper, salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
Courgettes, potatoes, peppers and carrots sliced ​​across the length and arrange in pan casually. Top cut onions, spring onions and lots of parsley.
