Vegetables in the oven (Bryam)

Ingredients
2 eggplants
2 courgettes
250 g of tomato paste
2-3 peppers (green)
2-3 potatoes
2 carrots
onion - heads and fresh
1 clove garlic
parsley
pepper, salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Courgettes, potatoes, peppers and carrots sliced ​​across the length and arrange in pan casually. Top cut onions, spring onions and lots of parsley. All pour tomato sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray with a little olive oil or sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven 200-220C an hour - hour and a half. Stirring over 20-30 minutes. When the vegetables remain only fat are ready. Do not add any water. Once ready, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Served with a plate of cheese or feta cheese.
