Viennese cake

# For the base:
6 eggs
120 g flour
180 g sugar
10 g baking powder
# For the cream:
3 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 vanilla
1-2 bananas
125 g butter
# For the top:
2 bananas
200 g chocolate spread
200 g jam strawberries

The base: Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour with baking powder, pour onto a tray - 30h37 cm - littered with baking paper and bake 20 minutes at 200C or until ready. Once it is ready, cut into 2 and the middle smeared with banana cream. Top smeared with strawberry jam, then put the banana and sprinkle with the chocolate spread. For the cream the butter put in a saucepan on medium heat and melt, add flour. Stir a few seconds until the mixture is homogenous and then sipvam milk reconstituted therein vanilla. Again wrong to not burn and add the beaten egg - pour a stream and after a minute and put sugar to poraztopi. Then pureed banana put until the cream is still on the stove (can put 1 banana, maybe more, as you see). After 5 minutes, clean off all grease from the heat and the base.

Can baking pan size?

I've done it in different pans, marshes cat baking was cut into two parts - each of which is about 1-1, 2 cm. Should not be too thick nor too thin. But if you get a thin crust, you can bake another one, or make a cake with only 1 short pastry cream on top and then arrange banana and chocolate :)

However, what size is best, in any of the baking pans get best?

30 cm in width, 37 in length, and may less
