Vine dolmaschki with peas and rice

20-30 vine leaves (depending on size)
1 large onion
100-150 g canned peas
1 cup Rice
2 tsp vegeta or bouillon cube or salt and other spices of your choice
1/3 cup sunflower oil
5 sprigs of parsley
pinch of salt (vegetata savory)
3 canned tomatoes

In fat stew the chopped onion. Add the rice to become transparent. Pour 1/2 cup of water and add other products, such as peas and parsley last. Stews until the rice absorbs the liquid. In each vine leaves depending on size, is placed in the 1 or 2 tbsp rice mixture. Arranged in a pot on top Place a small dish, and water, enough to cover them up. Keep boiling stove is reduced and let simmer for about an hour. Consumed cold. Optional can be field with yogurt sauce, garlic and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

I like lean vine leaves stuffed and these leaf linden. It is a good idea to add peas, and maybe carrot.

very nice recipe. I am a vegetarian and I ate leaves long ago. Taka4e very glad I had not thought about meatless leaves bravo!
