Walnut baskets

# For the dough:
50 g walnuts
50 g soft feta cheese
50 g soft butter
50 g flour and extra for flourne
# For the filling:
85 g walnuts
1 yolk
50 g brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp melted butter

Grind the walnuts and mixed with other ingredients (feta cheese, butter and flour) until you get a dough. Divide it into balls - as much as forms for mini muffins have, bearing in mind that 12 is the optimal number and roll them in flour. Hands press them to the walls of the forms and you can leave them in the refrigerator to rest while preparing the filling. Filling: the walnuts bake in a dry frying pan for 3-5 minutes until smelled nice. Save 12 halves (or the equivalent in quarters) and the remaining chopped in large pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and add chopped walnuts. Bake the dough forms into a preheated 180 C (160 C by blowing) for about 5 minutes and remove from oven. If you have ponadignali, press them gently with a spoon and pour in any form 1 tbsp of filling and top place in one whole kernel. Return them to the oven and bake them for another 15-20 minutes (until pozachervyat and filling harden). A pleasant warm.
