Whole grain Focaccia with pine nuts and rosemary

Ingredients
400 g wholemeal
5 g of dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
250 ml water
handful of pine nuts
fresh rosemary

Method
Sift the flour and stir yeast and salt. Make a well and pour olive oil and cold water. Everything is kneaded well, until smooth and elastic dough. Leave to rise for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a sheet with a thickness of 7-8 mm and put in greased pan. Spread top with olive oil. With finger make dents in several places, and each put a few nuts and a sprig of rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees, about 20-30 minutes.
