Wine sauce German

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml), strong broth
2 slices of dry bread
1 onion
1 apple
3/4 cup (150 ml) red wine
1 tsp (5 g) tomato paste
cinnamon
pepper
piece of bay leaf
sugar
salt
25 g butter
Method
Wine mixed with broth, add chopped onion and grated apple and the mixture boil. Sprinkle crumbs are bread crumb. The mixture is boiled for ten minutes, sandwiching with a lid. Triturated through a sieve, add the tomato puree and spices and the sauce boil for another ten minutes, covered with a lid. Before serving in the hot sauce put the butter. To obtain a sharp sauce to the finished sauce add 1 tsp mustard and finely chopped pickle.
