Ingredients
1 kg chicken gizzards
300 g mushrooms
1 cup wine
1/2 cup sunflower oil
50 g butter
pepper
salt
savory

Method
Chicken gizzards are cooked, take out and cut each in half. Mushrooms cut into chunks and fry in the oil and the butter, soften when added gizzards, wine and spices. Stew to stay fat.
