Zucchini Muffins

1 zucchini
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 skinless sausages
1 pepper
salt, pepper

Grate the zucchini, leave for 10 15 minutes and then drained. Add other products, such as pepper and skinless sausage cut into pieces. Mix well. Forms are smeared with butter or sunflower oil, put in the mixture and bake at 170 C for 30 minutes. Can be served splashed with yogurt and garlic and suitable salad.

Very tasty! I added cheese, shredded cheese, dill, onion and a little garlic, and not put pepper! Garlic and onion ground them in a blender.

I found the recipe, thanks to the appetizing pictures of Nelly! I do them for the third time. The first two times, but I did not become such fluffy. Were not bad, but somehow got very juicy. Now increased the flour and put only peppers (missed sausages). Ate up now!
