500-600 g mince mixture

3 cloves garlic

Method
Chop finely grate, grind the garlic. Minced meat mixed with onion, garlic, pepper, salt and sauce Uorchesta. Leave in the refrigerator for several hours. On the finished mince form large, flat meatballs and bake in preheated plate, BBQ or pan. It is important to have cold to not break or split, as it should be quite thin. To avoid shrinking burger made light dimple thumb in the middle. In the same well-heated pan bake buns, cut in two on the inside and while still warm redim previously prepared products - half pita, lettuce, patty, cheese, pickled onions, tomato, ketchup and bread again. Serve warm with chips. * You can add other products: other vegetables, pickles, pickled beets, artichokes, capers, bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, sauces and olives.
