feta cheese Philadelphia or another soft, unsalted feta cheese
brown and white chocolate glaze
optional - jam or liqueur

Method
To remnants of cake add the feta cheese and knead dough. Optional to it can add jam or liquor. There are also balls and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes to be tight. Stick plastic pegs in each ball and then immersed in a water bath of molten chocolate brown. Placed at a distance from one another in the refrigerator, as the matches are driven into a piece of cardboard or styrofoam. Then removed and decorate julienne using a syringe with melted white chocolate and cooled again.
