Ingredients
1 kg small zucchini
2-3 tomatoes
150 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
parsley, dill
60 ml sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes are washed and scraped, cut into rings and add salt. They are arranged in the tray half the courgettes, cut the top are arranged in rings tomatoes, chopped parsley, dill and garlic. Top back row zucchini, pour the sunflower oil and put to bake in a hot oven. When ready courgettes whisk the eggs with the milk and flour and a pinch of salt and pour, baked to readiness.
