2 eggplants
200 g bacon
soy sauce, dill, garlic

Method
Cut the eggplant into thin slices lengthwise. Salted and left for 1 hour. Wash and dry. The pieces are roasted eggplant lightly BBQ or fried in a Teflon pan. Marinated with soy sauce, dill and crushed garlic for about 15 minutes. Eggplant pieces are rolled in bacon pieces.
