Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
800 g potatoes
300 g melted smoked feta cheese
oil
pepper
Method
In greased with olive clay stew (or glass pan with a lid) rank consistent steaks, sliced potatoes and processed cheese, after each row feta cheese sprinkle a little pepper. Steak and potatoes rank dense layer. Pour water or broth and bake for about an hour at 220 C in a closed container.
