Ingredients
400 g yogurt
3-4 tbsp sugar
2 ripe peaches
Method
Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the sugar. Mix well. Peel and dice the peaches. Add together with taking the juice to milk. Stir. Chill for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Serve in bowls, optional garnish with mint leaves. The recipe can be made with other fruits instead of peaches - bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, fruit compote.

Light and easy, just for the summer heat.
Great dessert! Spring do with strawberries, but I think to try other fruits. Thank korneliq for reminder! If you add the oatmeal, going for breakfast or light supper. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
I do it with a variety of fruit, but it like cherries or kiwi, milk and strain off him overnight before taking the dessert :)
