Gyuvetch with rice and meat

Ingredients
750 g pork, beef or mutton
1 cup (200 g) rice
1 head (50 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
5-6 (500 g) tomatoes
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and place in a ring or stew pan with fat. Bake in a medium high heat, such as occasional stirring. When the meat is red and is tender, add chopped onions, and a little later put the tomatoes, peeled and chopped. The resulting sauce diluted with 3 cups hot water and it put the cleaned and washed rice. Casseroles are removed from the oven before the rice is taken over all the water. Sprinkle with pepper and cover with a towel to smother rice. casseroles becomes much more palatable when the meat is lean. Then take 900 g of meat and fat are added.

Quick, easy and delicious.

It is very tasty :) I just tried it.

I first Fry the meat with onions and tomatoes and then put it in a baking dish with rice in the oven, it is very tasty :) Try.
