Spinach with rice and cheese

Ingredients
750 g spinach
100 g cheese
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt

Method
Clean, washed spinach boiled in salted water, drained and chopped boiled. Rice stew in fat, then pour hot water and boil until poluomekvane. Add some of the cheese, grated, pepper and paprika. In a greased baking dish with butter pour half the spinach. Spread it on rice. Cover with the remaining spinach and grate the rest of the cheese. Then Bake in a moderate oven.

Do not stand in layers, but mingled with spinach rice. It was neveroyarno this popcorn crispy crust!
