Parzhenki cherries

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp sugar
300 g pitted cherries
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
3-4 tbsp butter
frying fat
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Of flour, 1 cup lukewarm water, salt and sugar dough is kneaded Banichan. Allow to rest for 30 minutes and then roll it into a rectangle. Spread generously with butter, cherries rank is, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and turn off the roll by pressing his hands to become tight. Cut to pieces 1 cm thick. Fry in preheated oil. Ready sprinkle with powdered sugar.
