Ingredients
4 steaks, chicken (white meat or leg)
100 g cheese
2 triangles of processed cheese
pepper
1 cup beer
ready seasoning chicken or a mixture of spices of your choice
sunflower oil
1 tbsp mustard
Method
Steaks are lightly crushed. Spice chicken is mixed with beer and mustard. To scatter steaks with pepper and put in the marinade. Stay at least 1 hour. Fry on medium heat until browned. Put them in a baking dish coated with processed cheese, sprinkle cheese and bake until browned on top only
