Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
50 g margarine
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
flour
# For the cream:
2 cup milk
2 cup sugar
1 yolk
5 tbsp flour
125 g butter or margarine

Method
Base: Eggs broken with sugar. Add margarine and honey and put to boil in a water bath. Add baking soda. Once a foam, remove from heat and mix a very soft dough (not sticky).
