Method
Washed prunes soaked in cold water in the evening or even a few hours before you put in the dish. Cut into portions of meat add salt and fry in heated sunflower oil until lightly browned. Add the finely chopped onion. Once he is fried, pour hot water (you can use the water in which they soak prunes) enough to cover the meat and add salt. Simmer until the meat is polusvari. Add prunes. When the meat and plums are soft, add the bulgur, fuzzy little water in the tomato paste, sugar and, if necessary, more water (ratio bulgur: liquid should be 1: 2). Check salt. Simmer until the bulgur swell.

Ina, again suggesting interesting recipe! Put in favorite :)

Great recipe! I love stew with prunes and there and grain (groats) of luxury. Congratulations, Ina! It already added to *Favorites* and did not wait to order, but tomorrow will prepare it.

Congratulations.

Thank you, girls! Glad you like it, may appeal to you and to taste. I also love stew with prunes. COLD do it, and without meat, and now for the post will do only plums and grouts.

It was very tasty and lean!
