Chicken porridge

Ingredients
white chicken
3 tbsp flour
2-3 cloves garlic
pepper
1 cup milk
salt
oil
water or broth in which boiling chicken
parsley

Method
White meat chicken is boiled and torn lengthwise and cut into pieces. In a deep frying pan or skillet heat 50 ml sunflower oil and in it fry the flour until golden. Carefully prolonged stirring pour water or broth and milk. Add the meat and spices. Allow to boil while stirring - most 5-10 minutes. You should get not very thick porridge. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.

Vravo Stasi. My mother did this, but do not put milk and loved it. :)

Oh .. of course you can and without milk. I recently put milk, because I found that I was more delicious.
