Omleteni sachets

Ingredients
4 eggs
5 tsp natural starch
4 pinches of salt, white pepper and garlic powder
300 g chicken
4-5 roasted red peppers
1 bunch spring onions
1 carrot
1 hour. h. canned corn or frozen
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg white
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Eggs are broken down for an omelet and add to 4 tsp starch mixed into 4 tbsp water. Seasoned with salt, white pepper and garlic powder. From this mixture fired four omelet. Chicken fillet cut into strips, seasoned with salt and added to it lightly beaten up egg white and 1 tsp starch. In a deep pan becomes heated sunflower oil, fry the meat until golden and subtract. In the same fat discharged once the vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes and then returns them to the meat. Add soy sauce, stir and withdraw from the heat. The prepared stuffing is spread over omelets and folded like bags.
