Pork with pickles in a pressure cooker

Ingredients
600-700 g streaky pork
2-3 onions (or leeks)
about 1 kg of raw pickle vegetables - carrots, tomatoes, peppers, sauerkraut
1 dry pepper
bay leaf 1
1 tbsp paprika
savory, salt
potatoes or rice

Method
The meat is cut into portions and fry in a pressure cooker in preheated oil. Add chopped onion and pickle vegetables raw, bay leaf and lightly baked and broken dry pepper (optional can be hot). Sprinkle with paprika. Pour hot water, enough to cover the dish and close the lid of the pot. Boil about 30 minutes, then was transferred to a tray to put in a salt and bake until lightly browned. Can be done in another way - when put to bake, add 1/2 cup rice or 2 diced potatoes. In this case, if necessary, make up a little hot water.

This I did with chicken and became great and as it turns brown, is-is-is-is .... yummy.

can be made with any meat or sausages.
