Cake with apples and black bread

Ingredients
600 g of dry black bread
4 eggs
450 g apples
2 cup milk
75 g margarine
3 tbsp sugar
Method
Cortices bread is removed and the interior is crushed and soaked in warm milk for 1 hour. Then add the melted margarine, beaten eggs and sugar. Mix everything and put the peeled and cut into small cubes apples. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured well shaped cake. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven.

Only 3 tablespoons sugar you put? I am very sweet, but I see little of the quantity of other products. Interesting recipe.
