Walnut shortbread with starch

Ingredients
200 g pork lard
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g ground walnuts
240 g starch Vanilla
about 100 g of powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
In a bowl, mix pork lard with powdered sugar, as mixed with lazhiitsa. Add the walnuts and finally gradually starch and mix a medium soft dough. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour. From the dough form balls the size of a walnut and arrange in a baking dish. It is not necessary to oil because the dough is a fat. The dough can also sheetable half inch thick and cut with cutters. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10-15 minutes. Ready shortbread left in the pan until they cool down. Remove and sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar. The more you stay, the more delicious it becomes.
