Method
Divide the peaches into two parts - one half of blending, the other - chopped. Preheat the milk and the butter, while the latter is melted, add brioche flavor (can be used vanilla or rum). Beat 2 eggs (the third is spreadable top) with a mixer or wire whisk. In a large pot Knead dry products - flour, sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt. Knead well and do well in the middle, which sent down milk, peach puree and previously beaten eggs. Begin to interfere dough that needs to be smooth and sticky. Finally, add the pieces of peaches and prunes. Mix. If necessary, add more flour - enough to make. The end result should be smooth and sticky dough. Cover with foil and put in a warm place to rise for 2 hours. We heated oven at 180 C by blowing or 200 C in the upper and lower wire. Take out the dough on a floured or oiled surface. Divide it into 2 parts (2 the kozunak). Here again I turned my imagination and made 1 kozunak and several bakery muffins. Roll out half of dough wick cut 3 by leaving the entire top. Entangled in a braid and glued bottom. We move into an oiled baking tin. Leaving little more to rise, while the oven is warm. Before pahnem the kozunak in the oven smeared with egg. Bake 40 minutes just below the middle of the oven. The second half of the dough divide into small balls with a diameter of about 3 cm. Each cutter muffin place 3 balls. Again, leave to rise at room temperature before pahnem in the oven, spread with egg.
