Chicken Alpine

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
500-600 g chicken breast
250 g mushrooms
200 g cheese
2 tbsp flour
200 ml milk
butter
parsley
olives for decoration

Method
Potatoes cut, fry and spill into the dishes, they have to look like plateau. Chicken white meat is boiled and chopped into pieces. Flour fry in a little butter until golden, add the mushrooms and milk and stir until sauce thickens. Beshameloviya sauce to add chicken pieces. The mixture was then poured onto French fries. Finally top grate cheese, which melts. Do decorate with olives and parsley sprig. * The entire dish can be browned slightly under the grill Finally, to obtain a crust of cheese.

Yes, and I wonder - the recipe is not described to bake, but the picture seems like baked in a pot?

if in a hurry can grate cheese and Toi just melt in case here is baked in the oven for quick and gets golden brown, but it all depends on the preferences :)))

It was very tasty! Slightly altered recipe because it seemed a little amount of bechamel sauce 2 kg of potatoes and I did a double dose.
