Fish balls with mustard

Ingredients
500 g fillet of fish (pangasius)
1 onion
1 egg
1 slice of dry bread soaked in milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp wheat bran or flour
1 tsp mustard
coriander, ginger, lovage, salt
breadcrumbs

Method
All grind in food processor or meat grinder. The prepared mince stand in refrigerator 2-3 hours. Formed into balls that are rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in a Teflon pan with or without fat (optional). * To them very suitable yogurt sauce and coarse mustard.
