Potatoes with blue cheese

Ingredients
6-7 potatoes
blue cheese
1-2 pickles
1 tomato or 1/3 cup canned
salt, colorful salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cook potatoes until almost and Peel. On both long sides is cut a little cap to not shake potato. Sectioned along the two. Carefully with a small spoon to carve all halves and arrange in a greased pan with sunflower oil. Sprinkle with salt and colorful salt. In each hole put a little tomato, top piece blue cheese and top circle pickle. Sprinkle with a little sunflower oil and baked until browned.
