Lemon donuts

Ingredients
500 g flour
250 ml milk
egg 1
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
7 g dry yeast
zest of 1 lemon
lemon juice
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Milk is stir in the egg, the oil, salt, zest, sugar and essence. After stirring and pour the sifted flour with the yeast. Involved smooth elastic dough that is allowed to rise. Roll out and cut with a cup or ring donuts. Leave to rest for another 30 minutes, then fried in an oil bath on both sides. Place on paper towels to drain excess fat. Garnish with powdered sugar topping or optional.
