Carp baked with white wine

Ingredients
1 fish carp (about 1.5 kg)
1 lemon
100 ml white wine
mustard
pepper optional

Method
Fish is cleaned, as cut from the belly. Salt and smeared with mustard on the inside and sunflower oil from the outside. Sprinkle with lemon juice and let stand about 20 minutes. Place in a greased pan with sunflower oil, skin facing down (like a boat). Side pour wine. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes (until golden brown) in a preheated oven. The fish can be sprinkled with some optional ground black pepper.
