Muffins with banana and coconut

Ingredients
2 soft bananas
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sunflower oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 and 1/4 cup flour
2 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 cup sugar

Method
Milk, eggs, bananas, vanilla, the butter and the oil put in the blender jar and broken down to a smooth puree. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder and baking soda. To the dry ingredients are added banana puree and stir to a homogeneous mixture of all. Pan 18 is medium-sized trays 12 muffins or greater, and the resulting mixture was partitioned therein. Bake in preheated to 175 C (350 F) oven for about 25-30 minutes or until muffins stuck in a toothpick comes out clean.

were received ... delicious banana muffins. Coconut unfortunately I do not feel. If you will do again, I reduced a little flour and coconut increased dramatically.
