Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
50 g butter
20 g yeast
1 egg
1-2 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and blend (or creased). Add the yeast, flour and egg. Mix well and leave to rise. A soft, not too thick dough. Spoon shaped oval balls to fry until golden on both sides.
