Ingredients
2 chicken
pepper, salt
4 tbsp lemon juice
pinch garlic granules

Method
Fillets are placed in the freezer slightly tight. Remove and cut so as to obtain 2 steaks. They are cut further 2. Obtained 4 steaks. Each steak is cut 3, leaving a whole in one end can be folded braid without falling apart. Meat flavored with spices and leave for an hour and a half to be flavored. Bake the pan or in the oven at 200 C until browned.
