Stew with zucchini, potatoes and peas

Ingredients
500 g zucchini
1 cup peas (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 carrot
2-3 potatoes
2 fresh tomatoes (or canned)
2-3 onions (or fresh)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp toasted flour
salt or cube broth
a few sprigs of dill and parsley

Method
Courgettes and potatoes cut into cubes. Carrots and tomatoes grated. Chopped onion stew in a hot sunflower oil. In boiling water, enough to cover them, put zucchini, carrots, potatoes and peas. When polusvareni, add salt (bouillon cube), onions and tomatoes. Once the vegetables are soft, add a little fuzzy in cold water and toasted flour dish dovaryava. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill.

Thanks for the recipe :) Quick, easy and very tasty! After zaparzhih I added onion potatoes shortly thereafter and courgettes, and choked them. It was a wonderful dish.
