Pineapple rum but Toro

Ingredients
2 thick washers pineapple
100 g brown sugar
10 ml rum
few mint leaves
cinnamon

Method
In a pan is caramelized brown sugar. Pineapple slices are dipped in sugar. Flamed with rum. Is arranged on a plate and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and mint leaves.
