Method
Biscuits are broken up into a bowl. Then add the melted margarine or butter them. Eye and put very little milk - the idea is to be obtained by mixing these three components firm dough. The dough is poured into a small pan, previously greased and floured. Spread with a spoon or a right and put in preheated oven. Should not be baked until leathery, but simply to tighten (about 15-20 minutes). During this time in a deep dish put the cottage cheese and sugar. With mixer Stir until a smooth mixture mushy. Put inside and cream and finally sweet, but not all (it is sweet to the most different applications in the version I used blueberry jam). Stir the mixture well. Water bath put gelatin. Once ready and cooled gradually poured it into the bowl with the cottage cheese, cream and jam until a homogeneous mixture. With this mixture pour the finished biscuit base and leave in the fridge to rest for at least 3-4 hours while the glaze harden completely (I personally do in the evening and the morning is now ready for morning coffee). Finished cheesecake can decorate with the remaining fraction of sweet (as I have shown in the pictures). * The recipe is tested and is one of the most favorite cookies delights of my family. * The ready cheesecake, must have more glaze than the pictures - but in this particular get foul - my mother became the nights that priyadat much, but had not yet hardened and poizlya less than glaze. Do not be surprised if your cheesecake done with more glaze than the photos.

cheesecake get a very nice and tasty. The amount of sugar can be reduced to 1/2 cup, if very sweet has plenty of sugar.
