In boiling water put bouillon cube to dissolve, add the washed rice, beer and wine and let simmer until the rice absorb the liquid completely. Sausage cut into cubes, add cooked rice, boiled peas, add the spices of your choice, I put cumin, black pepper and a little vegeta, put it nice and mayonnaise and stir for Russian salad. Put it in a suitable dish or platter and garnish with a rusted sausage on wheels or cut across like petals and a rose made of tomato of your choice.
