Pizza in Venice

Ingredients
# For the dough:
200 g flour
15 g yeast
200 ml water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 pinch of sugar and salt
# For the filling:
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
300 g tomatoes
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp marjoram, salt
2 skinless sausages
200 g cheese
Method
From those products Knead the dough and leave to rise. When the dough has increased its volume twice greased pan with sunflower oil and put it rolled out dough, which must also be greased with sunflower oil. On it distribute evenly chopped onion in rings, fried with minced meat garlic cloves, tomatoes wheels, skinless sausages and cheese. Distributed evenly over the dough and sprinkle with spices. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 20-30 minutes.
