Ingredients
          12 small fresh potatoes
          2 tbsp olive oil
          2 tbsp Maggie unisos, soy sauce or another of your choice
          1 tsp rosemary
          1 clove garlic
          1 red pepper
          4 sprigs of rosemary or bamboo skewers
              Method
              Potatoes are flooded with cold water and put to boil for 8-10 minutes. Mix olive oil, Maggie unisos, garlic and rosemary, chopped. Chips are placed in the mixture and allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes. Then stringing 3 per skewer of rosemary twig or bamboo, by placing them in several pieces and pepper. Bake 3 minutes on each side of the grill or grill pan. Pour the rest of the sauce.
