Mashed potatoes and carrots

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
carrots 2
1 sprig fresh onion
parsley
1 egg
100 g feta cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp processed cheese
1 cube vegetable broth
50 ml milk
Mashed potatoes and carrots

Method
Boil the potatoes and carrots. Once well cooked potato peel and scrape the top layer of carrots and mash them with the butter, milk, the feta cheese, egg and add broth, salt and processed cheese. Cut only the green seedlings of onion and parsley and add them to puree.

Very interesting puree. Will try. I suppose the egg is cooked. I was struck by a description in the recipe - namely the removal of the skin of carrots after they are cooked. In a lot of recipes in which cooked carrots are used to puree or salad, act in exactly the same way. So far no recipe was not met described such action. And it is necessary. Bravo!

Hello :) thanks for the nice words I hope you like it. Put raw egg, but only if the potatoes are peeled while still hot enough to be able to tighten during creasing them, and if they are cooled down you can boil and grate inside :)
