Stuffed carp oven

Ingredients
1 (2 kg) carp
1 bunch fresh onions
5-6 (300 g) red tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 g) walnuts
5-6 (100 g) fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
125 g butter
10 peppercorns
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Carp cleaned, washed and sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper. Chopped onions and mushrooms smothered in some of the fat, then add to it some of the tomatoes, chopped, ground walnuts, parsley, a few peppercorns, wine and salt to taste. With this mixture fill the carp. Then the carp sutured and placed in a greased baking dish with butter, cover with the remaining slices of tomatoes and pour the remaining butter and 1/2 cup water. Bake in a moderate oven.

Carp is a classic. Fried prefer it. So it is good :)
