Boliarski dolmas

Ingredients
800 g chicken
200 g chicken livers
100 g mushrooms (can canned)
1 cup rice
1 onion
3-4 with. l. sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
seasonings of your choice, salt
leaves sauerkraut
1 and 1/2 cup cabbage juice

Method
Livers scalded with boiling water, drain them and cut them into small pieces. Fry the chopped onion in the oil, then add 2-3 minutes livers. Fry a few more minutes and add the rice with spices. By pozaparzhi rice, add chopped mushrooms, pour 1 cup hot water and choke until the water is absorbed by the rice. Cut the meat into chunks so as you leaves.
