Ingredients
          140 g cheese
          110 g flour
          egg 1
          2 tbsp milk
          50 g soft butter
          salt and spices of your choice

          Method
              Remove the butter from the refrigerator 1 hour before make cookies (it must be soft). Mix it with milk, cheese, egg, add salt (if needed because the cheese can be savory) and spices, if desired, and they prefer. Add flour and knead dough. Shape the roll of it about 3 cm diameter (you can use foil). Wrap the dough in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then remove, cut into thick slices about 5mm, arrange them in a tray, covered with baking paper and place in preheated oven to 200C degrees for 10 minutes. May be fried in fat.
