Both types of flour was sieved together with the salt and yeast. In the middle is done well and it was poured sugar, oil and water gradually. Mix well and knead a soft dough. Place in an oily court, cover and leave in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume. dough is divided into equal parts. I divided it into eight. Formed on buns. Arrange off in pan on baking paper. Smeared with olive oil, cover and leave in a warm place to rise another 20-30 minutes. Again smeared with olive oil. Optional sprinkled with cornmeal. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees. Remove and leave on a wire rack to cool.
