Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup ml flour
Method
Beat eggs with wire, gradually add sugar and whip. Add yogurt with soda dissolved in it and the oil and mix. Then add and ground walnuts and flour and mix again. Pour mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until ready.
