Raspberry syrup without boiling

Ingredients
1 kg raspberries
1 kg sugar
Method
1 kg raspberries are sprinkle with 1 kg of sugar. Leave to stand overnight. Then in the lint-free cloth, hanging over a deep dish drip for one day. One cup of the resulting juice was added 3 more cups of sugar. The syrup was stirred until complete melting of the sugar. Home in bottles in a cool dark place.

Hello, I did it with coffee cups. Somewhat slowly melts, but it's a matter of taste.
