Apple dessert without baking

Ingredients
150 g tea biscuits (in this case - with cream)
4 apples (about 600-700 g)
100 g walnuts
100 g dried fruit (mixture of raisins, dates, apricots, prunes, figs)
125 g butter
1 tsp rum
1 tsp cinnamon
60 g of powdered sugar
200 g of sour cream or yogurt
decoration - chocolate chips

Method
The butter is melted, mixed with rum. Add in large pieces broken kernels and chopped dried fruit. Mix everything well. Biscuits broken in large pieces hand and add. The apples are peeled, grated and placed in an inclined Court for 5-10 minutes. Then portions are squeezed by hands. Combine with cinnamon and sugar. Add together sour cream to the biscuit mixture. All mix well with a spoon. Transfer the mixture is finished in shape with removable bottom 20 cm. The leveled and placed in the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving sprinkle with chocolate shavings. The easiest way of a potato peeler. To obtain larger flakes, chocolate should not be very hard, but not be too soft.

akva7, not the juice is poured into the mixture, otherwise the dessert will be very soft. I drank it with pleasure :) biscuits irrigated ingredients however, because there are larger pieces, feel slightly crunchy.
