Paste roasted peppers and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
125 g butter
300 g feta cheese
3 boiled eggs
50 g olives
2 tomatoes
20 ml lemon juice
1 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Peppers baked, peeled and cleaned seed. Are made of paste. The butter is made of foam and stirring continuously, add the grated feta cheese, puree, lemon juice and chopped parsley. The prepared paste is formed in a dish and decorate with eggs, olives and tomatoes.
